Completed my duty as a Mentor on Digital Transformation for SPE Kuala Lumpur Section NextGen Energy Leader Program in collaboration with Sabah Oil and Gas Conference & Exhibition in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I do hope the mentoring shed some light on where #DDAA plays its role in the energy industry and why its important to equip oneself with this skill for the future.

Last year, I became a volunteer for the Energy4me session with SPE Kuala Lumpur Section at 9th SOGCE. This year, 10th SOGCE, I am joining NextGen Energy Leaders Program as an attendee. Outcomes of the session that I find worth sharing: 1) Try to adapt and accept digitalization, or you will be eliminated. 2) Leadership is a journey; treat it as something other than an exam. 3) Try to speak in the company language during the interview. 4) New energy will become a big part of our future.
