Ramadan is the perfect time of the year to instill the concept that we are merely the guardian of the resources and not the ultimate owners. This principle goes beyond in bridging the inequality and culminate our mind and hearts for the culture of giving and sharing the resources.

Today is definitely special day for me and my colleagues in this holy month where we were able to execute the planned event since the 1st day of Ramadan with many special individuals who volunteered to steer the annual program callled “Sehelai Baju Raya 2023” for SPE Kuala Lumpur Section. The program involves buying new clothes to celebrate Eid Festival for the homeless and orphanage kids to elevate their ambience.

Thank you to Jakel Trading Bangi who gave special Rahmah Price today and was holding the floodgate of about 500 ppl waiting outside for us to finish the purchase for kids by 10am.

We end the day with Iftar with some of the selected Orphanage Shelter homes in Bangi and Kajang today.

All the tiresomeness vanished as soon as the drop of smiles from the kids poured like a rain.
